INVALIDITY CONDUCT ON TENDER from 18.01.2010 on purchase/delivery of a mobile hybrid cone crusher

According to the request for a proposal announced, on 18 January 2010 for "Purchase / delivery of a hybrid mobile cone crusher, and in accordance with the overall objectives of the RPO Managing Authority for the Lower Silesia in terms of general principles of procurement and selection of contractors in transactions not covered by the Public Procurement Law, we announce that within due time we did not received 2 valid offers. Accordingly, in accordance with tender point VIII.3 proceeding shall be void. In the near future will announce a new tender procedure. Information about it will appear, among others on www.doltech.com.pl.
